This was my senior project during my attendance at the University of Michigan.

The thesis behind the piece was to compare different forms of animation by drawing a parallel between their aesthetic qualities and people's personalities.

The 2D musician is more casual and laid-back, whereas the 3D modeled businesswoman is relatively more reserved, proper, and precision-oriented.

The point I wanted to make with the piece is that in most cases, animation styles, like people, always have something to offer each other. These entities should not be judged initially as better or worse, but simply different.
