Well this is a little strange, I submitted a short clip of my Cinco De Mayo time lapse to KATU Ch2, not expecting anything to come of it. The next day several of my coworkers told me they heard them say my name and something about the ferris wheel on the news, so I got a little excited that they might have actually run my time lapse on TV. When I submitted the clip I included a link to the HD version here on Vimeo, and on that page is a photo I took of the ferris wheel from my flickr page. The weird part is that photo is from last year's carnival, and KATU didn't ask me if they could use it. Not a big deal, since it's licensed under creative commons, just a little strange. It's still cool to hear my name on TV!

With KATU you don't even have to submit, they'll just take photos off your flickr page...
