This is a popular traditional Korean dish and is usually made with chunks of chicken from a whole chicken. But I'm using chicken wings with the same recipe.
Each chicken wing is coated with a sweet and crispy sauce, and it's a little tangy from ginger.
You're going to love it!
The full recipe is on my blog at maangchi.com/recipes/dakkangjung

2 years ago Gamsahamnida!! Thank you for doing this video!! My mom makes her own version of this - she usually uses crushed walnuts. Sometimes we only put the nuts on 1/2 of the wings for people who don't like nuts. You made me miss my mom's cooking! Sugohamnida! -

charlie 1 year agoOh my gosh, it looks so delicious. I think I am going to surprise my kids without a doubt. Great party dish that meat lovers and non peanut allergy friends would definitely enjoy this amazing dish. Thanks. I think it's going to be my this year holiday dish!
