HearSee and GRL's Lasertag

This is the first video I've cut together. It's a video about my friend HearSee who is a video artist and DJ/VJ. He is using a program created by Graffiti Research Lab called LaserTag. It was originally used to draw or tag on buildings in a huge scale. My friend uses it in a smaller but more interactive context. He uses sheets of scrim to draw on and uses led lights as the pen. Part of the performance is allowing any spectator to come up and create their own light illustrations.
Video shooting info:
camera: canon HV20, 24p, mixture of cinemode, spotlight and tv mode, a diy static 35mm adapter was used on the interview sections (which is why the footage has a soft focus, I'm still learning how to use the durn thing), a 28mm 2.8 soligor lens was used with the adapter, all other footage was stock lens, a Rode VideoMic was used for the interview/voice over as well as one Lowell Tota and a 150 watt scoop light.
