Hike to a developed spring along First Water Creek in the Superstition Wilderness Area of Arizona.

This spring is a popular hiking destination in the Superstition Wilderness Area. People usually get there from First Water Trailhead. I try to avoid the "fee" areas because I'm a crusty old tightwad and because they're usually crowded.

I decided to get to Hackberry by a cross country hike from the Weaver's Needle Scenic turnoff on Apache Trail. I took several clips along the way and, as usual, discovered that I might have took on a bit too much for a summer hike.
