wow - that was really cool. Great experiment. :) Felt sensations of movement created with the stills, and the layering of the video elements was very interesting. Thanks for sharing.
Actually reminds me a bit of some of my 'video stitching' experiments - although yours is much more esoteric. :) I will upload an example soon.
I've been meaning to comment for awhile. I had remembered this from when it was featured on Adobe's gallery (I think) but I didn't remember enjoying it as much. But now I'm thinking perhaps it was just a short section which was featured.
Thanks Richard. This came after the Adobe thing so you must've seen it somewhere else. People tend to be kind of standoffish with this one. They often like the images but hate the music. Oh well... At this point I think it would benefit from being cut by about three minutes, but it all still basically works.
well, it does help to be in the mood... the music's perfect. It feels like four or five segments, because of the fades. It seems a bit as if designed for installation, repeated loops.
