In einer Hinterhof-Garage im Münchner Stadtteil Gieising brauen ein Braumeister und zwei Lehrlinge ein richtig leckeres Bier. Das besondere daran ist, dass es noch von Hand abgefüllt wird, keine Konservierungsstoffe enthält und vor allem richtig nette Idealisten am Werk sind.
