Thank you so much for this great (and very simple!) tip. One little question. Is it better to completely finish all the light, color, sharpening and other correction techniques on the whole hi-res folder first, and then batch resize, or resize first and then correct everything? I am not a photo pro, but do like to put all my amateur photos up on my blog, and it has always been so time-consuming to individually correct and resize each 20 MB tif file.

What about if the images are not all horizontal? What if you want to size for the longest edge of each photo to say 600px?
