Now talknig about leadership. One thing I faced (still do every day) with so called leaders fom the Arab world, is exactly the oposite of the leadership definetion you suggested. All you need to freak out and scare Arab leaders (generaly speaking) is to say "(to provide a space where people can become more than they ever dreamed of being) (to induce people to grow). Why? because the think to them selves "where on earth will I go? What if I grow people and they take my place in the organization? What will I do next?" You see I don't agree with them, yet how would would convince them otherwise? I'm sure you have hered similar stories while doing your tour in the Arab world. I would be intereted to hear from you on that.
