The band is called Ashes Remain... usually their music is a bit more rockin' than this. This is essentially a worship song, but most of their music is just straight up rock.

Now, about the video... this was all shot on the A1. No adapters or filters were used at all. I used FCP to edit the piece, but that's it.... The funny thing is, this piece was shot in two phases. The first phase was with the lead singer, Josh Smith. The original version of the song was just him - therefore, so was the video - all shot in November of 2006 within weeks of getting this camera for the first time. Then, the band went in the studio and completed another version that was full band. When they made their way through Phoenix on tour - April 2007 - we completed the video with the full band in the same spot. Well... all S. Mountain - no Sedona. It is still amazing to me how this all looks like it was shot on the same day. Gotta love that Arizona sky...
