Allow me to introduce to you my new book entitled "Wall Yoga®: The Art of Centering". I've been in the healing profession for over 20 years and am co-owner, along with my husband, Dr. Philip Barry DC, of a health and wellness center located in Westlake, Ohio.
I'm a long time Certified Yoga and Pilate's instructor and am also a Licensed Massage Therapist. I'm the creator of a unique form of Yoga that's called "Wall Yoga®" and in this short video, I explain what "Wall Yoga®" is all about and the miracles it can perform for those who practice it.
