this makes less sense than if you watch it with the diagrams and drawings here:
futureofthebook.org/itinplace/archives/2006/10/memory_diagram.html
but any way, I Passed a ball field on a run and a sort of poem came into my head. retraced my steps the next day with a diagram and video camera to try and remember (write) the words:

and a remix of Shhh by King Brit & Philip Charles into some third mix remix mix.
I don' know how I'm feeling about the beginning half, but I was really digging it towards the end when you included your narration in addiiton with the text and color bars.
The busy visuals matched well with the music and the way it made me feel as if I was watching some sort of news program or reality TV thing by putting the words on the bottom of the screen felt good.
The rhythm of visuals, sound, and voice just really came together for me.
None of my videos really make any sense alone...they are always shot to collide with a painting....I can't imagine them as discreet videos.
I tried watching it again, this time in between the paintings on Itin Place. It definitely makes more sense in that context. I really wish I could see the entire thing in one screen though. Becuase of the size of the screen, it cuts off either the top or bottom of the paintings.
This is definitely the type of piece I'd like to enjoy with the video projected on the wall while it's sandwitched between the paintings.
And once again, great paintings.
Have I asked...what is your profession?
