Where-in demonic Minis overtake faster than product stagnation at Chrysler, Renaults are quick and quicker still, and even a Smart Car (a Smart Car on the Ring!) seems untimidated by conditions that I suspect North American bound Smart cars will never see (such are the less than Smart people that buy these cars and hope for great fuel economy... so why not race 'em).
