Best Buy Music Video shot with Canon HV20 and edited on Final Cut Express. First time using the HV20 - Second time using Final Cut. I failed to set the camera to 24p, unfortunately. Also played around with the white balance on some scenes - and with others we were at the mercy of the store's lighting.

This was only the second piece I've ever created on Final Cut. I believe that I'll now be purchasing the HV30 after using the HV20. Thanks to Justin for ever coming up with the idea. Special thanks to Larry Jordan and Phil ;)

If you export in 1280x720 instead you will get HD quality on Vimeo.

I tried doing so in VisualHub and Quicktime but no matter what I do, it seems not to work once uploaded on Vimeo. Any suggestions? I even used the tutorial on vimeo.com/hd

Every time I've uploaded it only loads approximately the first 10 seconds or so and then that's it. It's done that 3 times. Any suggestions?

haha, awesome...Our GM was cool with everything and let us shoot whenever we needed. Most of the footage was shot after hours with the TV's still on to give the illusion. Other times we just went outside and shot. People didn't seem to mind. It's actually the second production that we've done at the store. (the first one was done by someone else...I just acted) Our store has a lot of college students that go to school for Broadcast so it happens.

I just went automatic. I manually white balanced. I was very new to the camera and didn't set it to 24p.
