It is a lot.. We will have more T-28's as we ( The Vietnamese T-28 Squadron of Orange County ) The Yellow banner with three red stripes VNAF was active about 40 years ago...
I'm a Veteran of the US war in Vietnam. I'm Irish. QT is Vietnamese and so is Treit Nyuyen ( Trained in T-28 and flew Mats C130's for 7 Years. He is about my age ( 63 )
We have a lot of fun with these Foamies. And believe it or not. In the last month we have spent a lot of money on "Hop ups and replacement parts"
The T-28 is a good trainer. Some of our T-28's have an E-Flite Power Ten that goes about 55 MPH. I am working with a guy in Redding Calif who makes a stock PZ motor mount that is metal.
A stock PZ Motor or an E-Flight Power 10 bolts up to it.
But, I am sending him an E-Flight Park 480 and an E-Flite 450 for him to make a metal motor mount. Then the Power Hog of the Power 10 will not be required.
