Pacific Beachs' most famous character, "Flash," the almost-naked skater delighted and shocked beachgoers and tourists every weekend with his wild, ridiculous costumes and g-string. Sadly, he moved to Hawaii in June of 07 and is sorely missed. Flash if you're reading this COME BACK!
