markdaycomedy: thanks I've sourced or filmed clips into iMovie HD which comes with a mac, that is how I started, Eisensteins Viva Mexico clips had to be converted from analogue VHS, then I changed sizes and added transitions further in Final Cut Express. I recorded myself playing all the instruments using Logic Express. I'm singing into a second hand Rhodes NT mic with heavy distortion and my guitar is a leftie Fender Mustang. The DV quality is cool but I've compressed it to Quicktime for Vimeo.
