you got it dead on...no pun intended... I think it's one of Barbara Kruger's pieces done as public art... in a private building....or maybe Jenny Holzer... If not her then someone else doing sign poetry...its very weird in a city full of buy this buy that to be sort of stopped in your tracks by art made from the same material as commerce. I walked up to it thinking it was just a beautiful stock ticker or something.. and suddenly it starts making me think.... It runs a whole bunch of short haiku like poems.. this one is the one a managed to get the whole thing of and I thought Dr Piranaha would like it.
