Here is my first attempt at sound syncing. PLEASE TELL ME WHAT YOU THINK IN A COMMENT!
I shot the footage earlier to day (it was 90ยบ Outside) at my neighbors house. We were throwing water balloons at the ground & small plastic g.i. Joe army guys, and then I refocused the camera and shot me dropping the toy army onto a bleacher seat. (They have a set of wooden bleachers in their front yard to go along with their basket ball hoop)
Slomo- Short For "Slow Motion"
Also, today when we were not outside, we were inside playing Mario Party 4 on Game Cube For 3 And a half Hours, Until I Won!

Okay some quick suggestions:
I'm looking at your screenshots and I don't see any markers.
Whenever I edit, I usually double click the audio track and look at it through the Viewer and listen/look at the waveform and I place markers (i believe you just have to press the M key) then I go through my video and I mark the exact time that the object is hitting the ground or what not.
Then when you bring them into the timeline, the markers show up (if you are marking from the source footage) and it becomes WORLDS easier to sync up video and audio.

See all the pink notches, those are markers...and they make it sooo much easier, your workflow moves by way faster.
Awesome Ted keep it up.
