Final High School film project: make a film in the style of a director. We stretched it to "in the style of James Bond" and tried to figure out how to stuff a chase scene, a fight scene, explosions, a love scene, and maybe even plot, into 8 minutes. Preferably without getting kicked out of school.

At least your school let you use dart guns.
I wanted to use a fluorescent water pistol, and had to switch it... I forget what it was, but even that was unacceptable.

My 8th grade > the FCC. I got like 2-3 videos banned from being shown.

I don't think we asked for permission in the first place. The nerf gun was less of a problem than the elevator. We had to emergency stop it for filming and were just walking away as the janitor arrived to see why it wasn't working...

The only thing we got in actual trouble for was riding the scooter through the halls (2:25 in the bloopers).

Now I'm wondering how you get videos banned in 8th grade :p

Unfortunately, no one can be... told... what the banned videos are.
They have to see them for themselves.

That has nothing to do with them, as it was just before the Matrix... but it seemed fitting.
I think I have that ol' VHS around somewhere, tho I know I recorded over at least one of my 8th grade projects. Sadly, there was a time when teenage angst won out over long term sentiment.

Someday I'll get it transferred to digital.
