My first video with our new HV30. Used HVsplit and Premiere Elements 4.0 for editing. Spent a couple of days up in Yosemite. Music: "Far Far" by Yael Naim.

Karen- Nice job on capturing the water falls... The water looked so clean.. makes you want to pull out a glass and drink some. Judging by the water fall mist rolling by it's nice to know the HV30 will work in the rain forest...

Karen-
Why are you using HVSplit to capture? You can do that right from within Elements.
Also you can boost the output of you video to higher resolution. I'm not sure why your 2 minute video in standard resolution is such a large file.... almost 500MB?

Just so folks know, Premiere Elements 4.0 will not capture footage from the Canon HV30.
