Esteban Ramirez 1 year agohow much of a difference is it between the HV30 and the XL1? Thinking about picking me up an HV30. -
OneDrop 1 year agoGoing from the HV30 there was a big difference in quality since the XL1 does not shoot in HD. However I do miss the manual controls of the XL1. If you haven't already you should check out this link: vimeo.com/898785 it's a side by side comparison of the Canon HV30 to the Canon XHA1. As for the HV30 I'm extremely happy that I picked it up! Also check out hv20.com there should be a lot of answers to questions you might have there. -
mayer chalom 6 months agoi also just moved up from the xl1 to an hv30 (of course I bought a rodevideo mic and a blackmagic intensity pro with it). How do you like the Raynox 6600 pro and how useful is it. Thanks -
OneDrop 6 months agoThe Raynox is useful in tight areas, but the image quality isn't the best unfortunately. -

OneDrop 1 year agoI had the camera set to Cine Mode on the Vivid setting.
