Beatbox360 is a Hip Hop-inspired, 4K visual beat composed solely of High Definition video clips captured from the XBOX 360 gaming system. In order to achieve the full resolution of 4K, which is 4 times the resolution of 1080p HD, multiple HD sources were digitally “stitched” together within a single frame.
This vast amount of pixel data alters the very way in which we view cinema, as each viewer becomes an active participant by choosing to direct their gaze at any particular point of interest onscreen. As a result, the interrelationship between image and sound becomes the main driving force behind Beatbox360.
