Back on my 20 year-old Specialized Stumpjumper with a ride around a Hebridean village.

Sorry if the unsteady camera work causes sea sickness. It was hard to hold my (non stabilised) digi cam and brake and change gear at the same time. Going down the hill one handed, even with the rear brake fully on was pretty precarious!

I made this video as a way of learning how to use Adobe's Premiere Elements v3 software. It's slow on my machine, and I almost gave up after the umpteenth error on trying to render the movie. I found out that the shadow & highlights tool, while great for fixing exposure errors, is buggy and can quadruple the time it takes to render frames. Premiere has lots of useful features which I'm sure work quickly with newer PCs, but for making short movies quickly you still can't beat Windows Movie Maker.
