But i would like to know if, in the Big Buck bunny Dvd Set, all the things are explain like that? even your advance rig for the short movie ? And if all the steps are explain,to modelisation to advance rig, rendering ? animation?

BIG Problem.
Everytime I press "Ctrl + I" to create the IK chain for the foot to shin, it doesn't work.

Instead of doing as it should, it reverses my selected bones. Examples:

I have 5 bones. But I only 2 bones selected (to form the IK chain). I press "Ctrl + I" and then Blender makes the other 3 bones my selection instead and there is still No IK Chain.

What's going on? I use Blender 2.49
