Gentle rain
I've put together a video of a typical winters day spent at home here in Perth, WA - in other words WET!
It's amazing to see the contrast between seasons here.
In summer the sun is so harsh it burns everything and the landscape turns brown.
In winter, when we get loads of rain, a miraculous transformation takes place and everything turns lush and green again.
So different to the East coast where most of the rainfall is in Summer.
Where we live now up in the hills, most days there is a magical fog shrouding the valley and in the air the smell of smoke from peoples wood fires. (I love winter!)
At the very end of the clip is a zoomed shot of Perth city from our backyard.
Tiny isn't it?
Oh...by the way as you will see in this video - I have worms.

Previous Week
NOT very good camping weather. :(
I should film that city skyline under all kinds of different conditions. It's amazing how much it changes.
Just the other day I ran for my camera as there was a sheet of white rain just behind the city buildings and the sun was shining ON the buildings making them very sharp and bright in contrast.
By the time I ran back with the camera the entire city had been enveloped in the rain.
Fab images Tracy, oh and your worms look just like ours lol.
Glad we share the same worms.
Hmm....lol!
I'm calling it 'Doing a Dempsey' as it's Steve's style I'm going to try to emulate - Just to see if I can do it!!!
But maybe now I'll have to change the project name to 'Tracy's Tribute' or something...
PS love the focus pulling. Smooooooooth
And just how many weeks have you had this camera???
BRILLIANT WORK MATE!
Dun worry bout the worm. Everybody's got it.
Don't be silly, lol....Spain is at your fingertips just waiting to be captured on film. :)
