Autechre - plyPhon
Unofficial-non commercial video for plyPhon, a song from the latest Autechre release, Quaristice.
Every visual element is connected to a sound event; the whole video is intended to be like a sort of virtual score that develops itself in a continued run, according to the music.

May I ask how you synced? Sound analysis or by handd?
took me on a journey!
fire!!!
Seriously man - I've watched quite a lot of this kind of stuff, but your vision is impeccable.
If you ever want/need to mix what you do with any kind of live footage - drop me a line!
Keep em coming,
jason
What software did you use and did you hand-sync the elements? What was the inspiration for the different sound objects?
Keep up the GREAAT work!
the software used is max 9. all the modeling, animation and syncing work is done manually, object after object, frame by frame.
i've tried to materialize as precise as possible the images that this music created in my mind. the idea for the video came to me immediately, first time i listened to the song
cant believe you did it frame by frame, very nice work ; )
Goes really well with Autechre's f#&ked up sounds!!!
Also there's trouble when embedding
This is one of these videos where you wonder "how the hell can this be made !??". Just magic it seems...
this is exactly the kind of thing i aspire to do.
