(The full version of) A Mashed 2008 winning hack, by Team Bob - Ben Griffiths, James Andrews and James Adam.
We used XML subtitles feeds, Ruby, very hacked existing Flash, and the BBC Redux database. The subtitles have interesting words selected, and those are fed into the hacked Flash movie to appear in time with the playing programme.
