Demonstration of the Raynox HD-6600 Pro 0.66 Wide-angle Converstion Lens being used on the Canon HV30. This lens is suitable for cameras with a lens size of 43mm.

    the Raynox has less barrel distortion then the canon. but raynox recomends the 52mm version for hv20/30

    I definitely see some CA and corner softness (check corners and you see some color shift and softness). So it might have less barrel distortion but the WD-H43 has no softness or CA at any zoom position.

    Would be interesting to see the 52mm as well.

    Raynox recommends the 52mm with a 52 to 43mm ring for the HV 20,30,40. It gets rid of soft edges.
