peak oil deniers, evolution deniers, stem cell
research deniers, anti-intellect Terry Schiavo wonders,
over population deniers, dinosaur deniers, birth control
deniers. None of these things are the province of man
and to say otherwise is to encroach on Gods domain
I believe is how the reasoning goes. Denial is a city in Nevada and is a sign of...other things.
Stay there and be discerning.
1) The economy cannot grow forever because the earths resources are finite.
2)The population cannot grow forever for the same reasons.
3) The video looks at the extremes rather than the middle ground which suggests that a stable, (possibly lower than we have now)and more importantly SUSTAINABLE, population is best for the well being of all.
4)Biodiversity loss impacts directly on humans e.g. bee decline means 30% in crops
5)Oil production is near to decline, without it we cannot make fertilisers and that means half the food available that we have now.
6) the bible does not say go forth and degrade/screw the earth so that the only thing left is crops, farms, cities and people.
7) So what if developed country populations are in decline, they selfishly consume the most resources of all.
