got the twixtor filter for fcp and took a 60i clip shot with the xh-a1 and did some major slowing down and it ended up being pretty smooth!

Oh cool. I saw your comment on the surfing video and wanted to see your results. How's the Twixtor plugin? It's a plugin for FCP right?

PS- where did you find a free demo version? All the versions I saw on the site were ones you had to pay for :(

I'm working on a small project that involves some time remapping, and it is a nightmare to do with the time remap curves in FCP. I will try twixtor, even though I think I can't afford the full version in the mean time :)
