COPS ASK FOR ID
At Home - Cops arrive - Try to start up a conversation - "Graduate High School"? - "You can read and write"? "And comprehend"? - You understand "How Are You"? - "Have a nice day"? - "Those are the basics." - Asks "Do you live here"? - Asks for ID - "Show me some ID that says you live in this complex" - He's Handcuffed - Taken to the back seat of a squad car - Later released - Cops give their badge numbers - One provides false information - Later we see the handcuff marks.
The cops asked no one else if they lived there - only the black guy.
