70. Demolition of the High Bridge Power Plant Smokestack

On Saturday, June 28, 2008 Xcel Energy demolished the 570-foot High Bridge Power Plant smokestack. I biked down to the bridge to watch the show, along with a lot of other folks. In the video I missed the very beginning of the explosion, but it takes a long time for the smokestack to fall.
