(It also gives me good ideas on how to use my HF100.)
I see you have visited Chicago recently. Its a great place to walk around with a camera :)
I have an Core2 Duo 2.4Ghz with 3.5 GB of RAM. Its a laptop and the graphics chip set is not that great (relatively speaking). Editing without any effects is smooth for the most part, but the moment I add effects or start using Magic Bullet Looks, it becomes very slow. Still usable though but with a lot of RAM pre-rendering.
The music is "Sleep" by Amanaska. Other good tracks by them are "Drift" and "Border Crossing".
this track is real good
u r tempting me to buy the HF 100
Good Luck and thanks
Asim
I am sure that Faiza choose the music ... : )
I really like the HF100. Its compact, light, and the thing I like the most about it is that it records files as opposed to having to convert the recording from DV to video file. Of course there are pros and cons to the AVCHD format, buts thats an entirely different topic :)
With regards to the length of video... I personally have two Class4 8GB SD Cards. Each once records 1 hour 4 minutes worth of video. I would imagine any Class4 and higher 16GB card would work well with it.
A word of caution though... The standard battery runs out of charge with me way before I fill up one of the cards, so I would definitely recommend getting the extended battery.
thanks for taking us with U.
what kind of shutter did you record?
A lot of the shots were recorded at 1/1000 or 1/2000 shutter speed. The rest were at 1/120 I believe.
It took a long time to render. Something like 3 or 4 hours or something like that. Need a faster computer! :)
