This is WoW AMV machinima (Animated Music Video).
It's my first machinima and i think it turned out pretty nicely.
It's made using WoW, Vegas 8.0 and fraps to record footage.
Baron Soosdon's Unlimited escapism was my inspiration for making this. Thank you baroon! Also thanks to my friend Falas for being the main actor in some scenes (cute gnome mage) and other character is my human mage.
Almost everything was recorded on (EU)Ragnaros. (40 gig of footage ;) )

Awesome video, song was literally perfect for this, once in a life-time choice! In my opinion at least ^^.

You used lot of same places though, mainly Nagrand and Maraudon, while there's so many wonderfull looking instances and zones... But I believe there's reasons for that, and there was so much everything else too, so all I can say... Wonderfull job! Just brilliant.

Yea Flatus, the reason for that is that I wanted to give certain continuity to the movie, to make it less random and more like a movie that has "sort of a theme" :)

Wow, this is just amazing. First off, damm awesome effects and transition for a first. Also, I have to admit, you made me look at the beauty of WoW and not just the grindfest it has become for me. You showed some the of the beautiful places in this game that the devs worked so hard for, and for that I thank you. Plus, awesome song I must go out and buy an album by them :)

I loved it! The song choice was wonderful given the scenic shots and theme - you really captured the true beauty of WoW (both old-world and Outland!) and delivered the whole package flawlessly. Wonderful job! I've watched it three time in HD so far and I'm sure I'll watch it again!
