Quick and fun experiment done with Processing: the first 3,000 characters of "Alice in Wonderland", mapped to a cylindrical surface and rendered with varying radius and rotation properties.

    I could say that yes, of course, the entire point is making a statement about Alice's trip down the rabbit hole, and about her constant change of scale and the problems this creates...

    ...but alas, no, there's no link. It was all just a simple test of text rendering, mainly to show off Processing's text capabilities (plus 3d translation and sin/cos use), done in a couple of hours or so.

    i've discovered processing last year, and it rocks. But when you know math and how to code properly, like you, it's just magical !!!
