GazetteOnline is launching a special video series focusing on the reconstruction of a property located at 1010 First St. NW in Cedar Rapids, in the Time Check neighborhood hard-hit by the floods of 2008. The building housed Sign Productions before the flood. That business has relocated, at least temporarily, while the building’s owners clean up and determine the property’s future.
GazetteOnline plans to revisit the building periodically and will post updated videos on the progress of reconstruction. Video by Michael Barnes.
