Since I shot this video, things have improved. I shot this on Thursday, when the fire was only about 10% contained. Now, on Monday 7/7/08, the fire has consumed almost 10,000 acres and is almost 40% contained. It will probably be a couple of weeks before it is completely put out.

    And I thought our Dismal Swamp Fires this summer were bad. Thats some scary footage and at the same time very eye opening to the real and present danger.
