    I think I counted 90... but I'm not sure I see the point of the study. Can you enlighten me?

    There are 91 steps actually, and that is something that many people miss the first time: the last step is seldom counted and that is part of what I was trying to illustrate.

    You see there is one step missing from every ten steps and there is always one las step. When people walk for prolonged periods or for more than 30 steps, let's say a walk around a park, time and effort are displaced in our body, giving the impression that you took more steps than you actually did.
