How was it made?

@Benjamin Reece Thanks! I shot this using my Nikon D70s in burst mode and the used Adobe Bridge and Camera Raw to convert the .jpg files using a few filters and cropping the images to the 16 x 9 aspect ratio.

I then brought it all into iMovie to create the actual video. Unfortunately, iMovie restricts the how short a duration you can show the photo, so if you wanted to do this technique but a little smoother I'd recommend something like Final Cut Pro. I sort of liked how jerky it came out though!

I'm glad you mentioned the "jerky part" because of the video because I thought something wrong was occurring on my end. Neat project and thanks for giving us a sneak peek of the office and team. It goes far beyond just reading blogs.
