a year later (ish) form the last time i did one of these things. i moved back to america, and cut my hair. other than that-- frustrated with reentry process.

    I've done that one. I never was able to build up enough tolerance to the heat to stay in very long. I always found that odd since I take 115 degree baths. I may have to try it again after I've lost some weight and can dissipate heat a touch better.
