The "Ducks" of Bay Quackers are vintage six-wheel-drive amphibious trucks developed by the United States during World War II. Originally used for transporting goods and troops over land and water and for use approaching and crossing beaches in amphibious attacks, the "Ducks" are now restored to their original condition here in Scannell's San Francisco facility.
