You must attend the 2001 inter-school athletics carnival.
I took along my parent's (although it had become mine in practice) JVC camcorder to this boring high school event in year 11.
Churchlands Senior High School took sport far more seriously than my first high school Hollywood Senior High School. In fact Hollywood didn't take sport seriously at all. We certainly were not forced to be bored spectators.
Alas the conservative state government in their wisdom closed Hollywood and thus ending one of the best public high schools in Australia*.
*I'm not exaggerating.
