This is a trailer for a documentary I am helping a friend put together. Outback Angel is about Meg McKay, a nurse and wife of renowned outback doctor Fred McKay. She helped run a hostel in Alice Springs and brought healthcare to many out of the way places in rural Australia.
This promo uses After Effects to manipulate historical photographs along with interviews of historians and those who knew Meg McKay.
Outback Angel Meg McKay is currently in the latter stages of production. It is looking for a buyer, and requires funding for historical re-creations to be shot.
