
Lollipop charity; 12 weeks documentary

Lollipop is a charity for young people with deafness. This is a 10 minute excerpt from a 27 minute film which follows 8 young people from Lollipop as they learn to ride motorbikes. It shows the difficulties they encounter and successes they achieve. It highlights the particular challenges they face due to their hearing loss. There is also a short animation about road safety.

Lollipop Activities take place in York, North Yorkshire and are open to children & young people with any degree of hearing loss aged 0-19 residing in the York & District area. We gladly welcome new members from areas across North Yorkshire who have limited access to a local deaf peer group.
