This silly poem is the one that got me started writing verse again in 2001 and is still one of my favourites. It's the plea of a cheating partner begging for forgiveness!!

Background Info:

I was staying with a friend, Damian, near Manchester when I wrote this on a Sunday morning in October 2001. I had been flicking through a book of poems he’d been given for his birthday and many of them reminded me of the style of poetry that I’d written, back in 1992 and I decided to try and have another go... I first read it on Radio Wey in late 2001 and have also recorded it for a CD.
