
JMU Strength & Conditioning Banded Back Pedals

Short back pedal drill using three Jump Stretch bands looped together. A Blue (Heavy), Green (Medium) and Purple (Light) band - the blue band is around your achor man and the purple is around the runner's middle back. Keep your hips down and push explosively against the ground.
This is a great drill for building quads and core strength while moving functionally.
