From the opening ceremonies of the Brave New Voices 2008 International Youth Poetry Slam in Washington, DC.
From 15-19 July, 2008, more than 450 poets from around the world came to DC to share their passions and visions and their love of poetry and the spoken word.
The video crew you see are HBO personnel who are doing a documentary on Brave New Voices.
