Side effect of an attempt to understand a bit about compression in video. Pulling in live webcam feed. Making a temporary copy at a smaller size. Analyzing each pixel of the smaller size for differences in red, blue, and green, as well as hue and saturation. Using this difference to repopulate the screen with appropriately colored squares. The blue-green flicker is the result of recording while my television was on.
