Honeslty, I'm not quite sure what inspired it. Mostly I was feeling bogged down by a number of overwhelming projects that were no where near completion and I just wanted to make something simple that I could actually finish!

My aunt gave me several balls of yarn, some knitting needles and some teach yourself to knit books for christmas last year. I've never been able to make any sense of the whole knitting thing so they just sat in a basket it my room. It's nice to have finally found a use for that gift!

You could make a paper clip and a wet paper bag interesting! Your artistic output is at such a high level, seemingly simple but with a high level of soft impact, at least to me. You have a bright spirit and it's reflected in your work. Rock on.
